2. Giant sparkling icicles drip off the rooftops of neighborhood houses, giving a "Rockwell' feel to our neighborhood of century-old homes.
3. Mending button holes on a duvet cover, by no light other than the light shining through the front window, light that is bouncing off the bright white snow.
